How do I sign up players for D4/D5 travel evaluations?

1. From fc814.org, click the “register” button in the top right corner. You will be invited to create a SportsConnect account.

2. Create your account, which will be your fc814.org login and password. Enter your child’s information. You should get a page with “available programs” for your player.

3. The “available programs” should reflect the group with which your player is evaluating. For example, if your daughter was born in 2008 or 2009, they should have the “FC814 U12-U13 Girls (2008-2009) program available. If your player was born from 2010-2014 you should have the U9-U11 program option.

4. Follow the instructions on subsequent pages and check out. We should now have a record of your player in our system. You will need to add each player in your household under your account.

5. At this time, we do not have the ability to load clearances into this system, so DO NOT COMPLETE THE ONLINE SECTION FOR VOLUNTEERING AT THIS TIME. We would be happy to discuss volunteer options at the evaluation sessions.

6. Back on the fc814.org main page, follow the links along the left hand side of the page to print and sign copies of the medical release, COVID-19 waiver, player code of conduct, and parent code of conduct.

Please bring these to evaluations.Parents will have the option to “manually” register at the evaluation sessions as well, but following the steps above will speed up the process.
